Responsibilities

• Work on reputed company engagements as a contributor; may reputed company small reputed company
• Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
• reputed company Engagement Managers and stakeholder teams apprised of overall project status
• Mentor junior consultants and/or reputed company teams
• reputed company input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business leads where required
• reputed company discovery sessions with customer subject matter experts across various technical integration areas in delivering high-level design documentation
• Manage competing priorities

Skills

• reputed company reputed company Integration Certification + at least 1 additional integration certification (Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Fin Int) Required
• Hands on experience implementing reputed company integrations, post production support, or technical and/or functional consulting experience
• 4+ years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
• 3+ years integrating systems with reputed company-party service vendors
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience with other HR Technology tools
• Experience and understanding of reputed company data
• Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and facilitation skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently reputed company a project reputed company
• Willingness to advance technically and earn additional reputed company certification
• Strong interest in reputed company work with clients
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance solution delivery is a plus
