Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reputed company SuccessFactors EC Payroll operations for US payroll
• Troubleshoot and reputed company payroll configuration and processing issues
• reputed company payroll validation, reconciliation, and compliance checks
• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll settings
• Support payroll testing, upgrades, and enhancement reputed company
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

Skills

• 5+ years of experience with reputed company SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll)
• Strong knowledge of US payroll processes, taxation, and compliance requirements
• Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll configuration
• Experience supporting payroll testing and production payroll cycles
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and fluent English
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable presenting to HR, Finance and IT stakeholders at reputed company reputed company including executive sponsors
