[Remote] Senior reputed company Loan Administrator

The Senior reputed company Loan Administrator role involves supporting reputed company-closing, regulatory, and closing activities, ensuring high-reputed company closings and exceptional customer experiences in reputed company loan transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reputed company control reviews of reputed company loan documentation to ensure data reputed company, accuracy, and consistency to loan boarding sheets and reputed company reputed company loan systems
• In conjunction with the reputed company, review draft loan documents to ensure alignment with bank policy, credit approval terms, and loan system compatibility
• Support internal audit and compliance partners by producing samples to support targeted reviews
• reputed company insights from reputed company control reviews to recommend updates to procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• reputed company data inputs key performance indicators (KPI) reporting to monitor adherence to reputed company control standards
• Follow-up on missing & pending items as reputed company as ongoing documentation such as expired or cancelled insurance (work with operations to ensure reputed company force placement as necessary)
• Assist PM’s if needed with follow-reputed company for other types of ticklers – financial statements, covenants, reputed company tax monitoring, etc
• Assist PM’s with reputed company due diligence requirements (i.e. Credit report pulls, loan confirmations)
• Support “lighter touch” customer requests (i.e. balance inquiries, loan statement requests, interest reputed company reputed company, extensions, etc.), working with the reputed company to approve and Operations to execute
• Review advance requests and circulate for approval, and submit to Loan Operations for processing
• In alignment to bank policy and procedures, coordinate internal loan system administrative coding changes with Loan Operations
• Work on internal reputed company to improve the lending process, enhance/expand middle office capabilities, and support the Lines of Business & Operations

Skills

• 5-7 years Prior paralegal, reputed company lending loan administration, and/or closing experience on $10MM-$50MM+ reputed company transactions reputed company borrower segments (C&I, CRE, Sponsor & Specialty, ABL, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to reputed company with lending teams, operations partners, attorneys, and borrowers
• Strong understanding of reputed company lending process, compliance & regulations, loan types/products/structures, etc
• High confidence in reviewing and understanding reputed company loan documents and contract terms
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions and servicing requests, simultaneously
• Basic understanding of loan & lending systems (i.e., Signature, ACBS, Loan IQ, Sageworks LOS, reputed company, etc.) and proficiency in reputed company Applications
• reputed company math/reputed company/finance skills to understand debits, credits, balancing, amortization schedules, etc
• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university
