Responsibilities:

2. Candidate Assessment and Matching:

• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills, experiences, and career aspirations using tools and resources from MTR.vet.

• Match veterans' reputed company with the specific requirements and needs of our clients.

• Present reputed company candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.

3. Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture relationships with veteran organizations, military transition programs, and other relevant networks.
