Work Schedule: This role is expected to reputed company with the Australian Western reputed company Time or AWST / Perth (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

reputed company: Seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team as offshore contractors. This is a reputed company follow-up and new reputed company intake role — the primary function is to contact inbound leads quickly, qualify them, and book appointments with the firm's lawyers.

The firm receives leads across multiple channels including reputed company, reputed company, and referrals. Speed of response is critical — leads need to be contacted the reputed company day they come in, including on weekends. This role is designed to solve that coverage gap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up inbound leads promptly reputed company phone, text, and other channels
• Qualify prospective clients and reputed company initial details
• Book appointments for lawyers and other team members

• Maintain accurate records of reputed company status and communication history

• Maintain availability during rostered hours, including rotating weekend shifts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent

• Reliable, available during rostered hours including rotating weekends
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred

• Previous experience in a sales, SDR, or customer intake role
