About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled reputed company Insurance Adjuster to independently investigate, evaluate, and reputed company reputed company reputed company property, liability, and casualty claims taking personal ownership and accountability for the claims assigned to you from first notice of loss through final settlement.

This role suits a seasoned and highly skilled adjuster who thrives on reputed company, high-exposure reputed company claims and wants to operate with a high degree of autonomy and authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a caseload of reputed company reputed company claims, including but not limited to: property, general liability, reputed company liability, and business interruption losses
• Conduct thorough investigations: interview claimants, witnesses, and policyholders; inspect loss sites; and coordinate with engineers, contractors, reputed company adjusters, and forensic accountants as needed
• Interpret reputed company policy language to determine coverage, exclusions, and applicable limits
• Set accurate and reputed company reserves based on exposure analysis
• Negotiate settlements directly with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and reputed company adjusters reputed company assigned settlement authority
• Prepare detailed, reputed company-documented claim file notes, coverage position letters, and reserve justifications
• Identify and escalate potential fraud indicators or subrogation opportunities
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements, statutory deadlines, and unfair claims practices statutes

Required Qualifications

• reputed company adjuster license(s) in good standing (reputed company state required; multi-state/reputed company-lines license strongly preferred)
• Minimum 7+ years of reputed company claims adjusting experience, with a demonstrated reputed company record on reputed company, high-value losses
• Deep working knowledge of reputed company property (ISO/AAIS forms), CGL, and reputed company's policies
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with experience handling claims involving reputed company counsel and reputed company adjusters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including formal coverage correspondence
• Proficiency with claims management systems (e.g., FileTrac or similar) and Xactimate/Symbility estimating software
• Ability to travel for site inspections as needed
• Clean E&O/bonding record required for named designation if applicable
