This role involves planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining application solutions, while providing operational support to ensure system reliability and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides application and technical support by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving incidents, issues, and problems in accordance with established service reputed company and department standards
• Works with stakeholders to reputed company, validate, and translate business and technical requirements into reputed company design and development specifications, while supporting product management activities
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains common to reputed company systems, including applications, workflows, processes, and reputed company hardware
• Documents reputed company and reputed company-state workflows and recommends technical and functional design solutions to support business needs
• Partners with reputed company vendors to support reputed company-party applications, including integration, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support

• Adheres to documentation, change management, and configuration management standards

• Possesses in-depth business and application knowledge and experience
