[Remote] Account Manager

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and primary reputed company of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients, responsible for driving reputed company satisfaction, retention, and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients
• reputed company and execute strategic account plans tailored to reputed company reputed company’s business goals
• Conduct regular business reviews to analyze travel trends, program performance, and savings opportunities
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with product and sales teams

Skills

• Strong understanding of travel program management and industry tools (GDS, OBTs, travel reporting platforms, etc.)

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
