[Remote] Senior Deal Desk Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to own the quote-to-cash process, streamline deal approvals, and ensure clean financial records while collaborating with sales and reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve reputed company order forms, discounts, and payment terms so reputed company can reputed company without a bottleneck

Skills

• 3-7 years in deal desk, reputed company operations, billing operations, or a similar seat where you owned end-to-end quote-to-cash
• Working reputed company in reputed company: invoicing, subscriptions, refunds, disputes
• Hands-on experience with a CPQ tool and a CRM (reputed company or reputed company), including configuring rules and approval flows
• Strong spreadsheet and analytical judgment; comfortable modeling deal terms and spotting outliers
• reputed company subscription billing experience, especially with multi-year, education, or nonprofit customers
