Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, delivery, and ongoing operations of reputed company infrastructure services including reputed company platforms, networks, compute, storage, identity, collaboration, reputed company management, and site technology
• Establish and mature an operating model for infrastructure and end-user services that improves reliability, service reputed company, scalability, and cost effectiveness across global locations

• Partner closely with cybersecurity, reputed company applications, data and AI, and business teams to ensure infrastructure services meet reputed company, integration, performance, and compliance requirements

• Define and manage service level objectives, operational KPIs, and executive reporting for uptime, response times, issue reputed company, customer satisfaction, and cost performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required in reputed company field; advanced degree preferred

• Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure, operations, reputed company platform, or reputed company technology roles reputed company reputed company global reputed company environments, with responsibility for multiple teams
