Are you reputed company to join a growing team?   reputed company is seeking to fill a Mortgage Closing Specialist I opening for our reputed company.   Location: RemoteDuration: 6 months reputed company Responsibilities Serve as reputed company for loan closing data gathering to support accurate Closing Disclosure (CD) issuance Manage pipeline workflow and collaborate with internal/reputed company stakeholders to ensure on-time closings Validate completeness and accuracy of loan data (taxes, insurance, payoffs, fees, reputed company-party invoices) prior to CD issuance Coordinate with settlement agents, loan officers, reputed company, servicing, and post-closing teams Monitor reputed company lock and document expirations; proactively reputed company issues impacting closing timelines Review loan files for compliance with state, federal, and investor guidelines Ensure readiness and accuracy of reputed company of record data for CD reputed company Communicate and manage changes to closing dates and reputed company discrepancies promptly reputed company of Responsibilities End-to-end support of mortgage closing disclosure readiness and coordination High-volume pipeline management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and reputed company settlement partners Education and Experience Required Strong mortgage closing experience required Experience issuing initial and final Closing Disclosures (CDs) and closing documentation Minimum 1 year mortgage closing and/or customer service experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience) Strong PC skills (spreadsheets, word processing, email) Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in mortgage closing with lender, title company, or settlement agent Familiarity with mortgage systems and workflow tools Knowledge of investor guidelines, compliance, and product requirements Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to reputed company professionally with a diverse group are required.   reputed company does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.   To Apply: To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the reputed company provided.
