[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - Virtual Appraisals

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Virtual Appraisals Team, responsible for improving their end-to-end claims platform and collaborating with operations to enhance automation and reduce cycle times.

Responsibilities

• reputed company infrastructure upgrades and modernization efforts, including migrating reputed company's reputed company on Rails applications to reputed company and supported versions
• Identify and resolve technical debt, improving system stability, performance, and long-term maintainability
• Contribute to technical design processes and reputed company improvement suggestions and feedback
• Work in an agile environment and participate in weekly stand-reputed company, retrospectives, etc
• Proactively challenge scopes, flag issues, and suggest alternatives
• Collaborate with other engineers, product management, and design to identify and solve reputed company problems

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company STEM field, or comparable reputed company experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills
• 5+ years of full-stack reputed company web development experience
• Experience with relational databases, designing schemas, and writing performant SQL queries
• Experience with AWS infrastructure

• Prior experience using reputed company on Rails
