Responsibilities

• Analyze RFP requirements and collaborate with subject matter experts and capture teams
• Organize proposal sections and ensure compliance with Federal and organizational standards
• Contribute to win themes, solution narratives, and executive summaries while maintaining version control and adherence to proposal schedules
• Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and support reputed company improvement of proposal templates, processes, and content libraries

Skills

• Candidates should possess Technical Writing and Proposal Writing skills to reputed company reputed company, persuasive, and compliant content for Federal audiences
• Candidates should possess experience working with RFPs, including analyzing requirements, mapping responses, and supporting compliance matrices
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including collaboration with SMEs, editors, and leadership, as reputed company as strong written and verbal abilities
• Experience with Federal contracting and the DoD environment, including common proposal formats (e.g., RFQ, RFI, reputed company, task orders), is highly beneficial
