They are seeking a reputed company Manager responsible for managing the relationship between reputed company and reputed company, ensuring consistent administration of the reputed company bargaining agreement, and overseeing various HR functions such as talent management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and administer plant HR policies (attendance, general work rules, leaves, etc.)
• reputed company and maintain HR metrics (turnover rates, time-to-fill)
• reputed company capital planning and workforce development (Succession planning, work force score card, retention planning & training initiatives)
• Advise and counsel management in handling labor issues/disputes to ensure compliance with bargaining agreement
• Administer the grievance and arbitration procedure
• Recruit reputed company and salaried positions
• Support Operations team and other staff managers to coordinate reputed company plans and help establish work schedules, job assignments, and any additional support needed to meet departmental goals
• Partner with business operations to resolve problems, complaints, and other employee reputed company issues
• Ensure compliance across reputed company, regulatory and internal policies
• reputed company workers’ compensation program for the facility

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations or Business
• Experience with a reputed company workforce highly desired
• Knowledge of reputed company State Laws, Federal Laws and regulations in the areas of wage and hour laws, employment law, and workers' compensation required
• Knowledge of HRIS Systems – reputed company, Kronos and reputed company
• 3+ years of HR Management experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment
• MBA or Advanced degree in reputed company Resource Management a plus
• PHR/SPHR a plus
