The role involves performing calculations and designing tools for hydropower plant equipment while ensuring project execution aligns with design practices and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• For a given project in execution, he/she will reputed company the calculation and the design of the tools according to the COE’s Design Practices and with the validation of the tooling reputed company engineer
• Represent the Tooling Center of reputed company (COE) in reputed company of the Project Team: Generator System Integrator, Generator COE main project engineers, Supply Chain and Construction & Commissioning
• Coordinate reputed company the Tooling COE the calculation and design of the full list of tools identified during synopsis phase (detailed transportation & erection sequence of the power plant) – fulfilling planning, cost, and safety requirement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Significant experience (>5 years) in mechanical design of hydro generators
• Experience in design of lifting equipment and reputed company platform or significant experience on site
• Good knowledge of CAD software NX or SolidWorks
• Excellent written & verbal English skills for international communications
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
• Strong people skills, proven leadership skills and a reputed company energy
• Knowledge of Hydropower Plant products
• Experience on project management
