[Remote] Customer Service Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls reputed company 800 lines with multi-product portfolio- reputed company Liability products
• Respond to customer communications reputed company email and written correspondence
• Maintain service, reputed company and timeliness standards

• Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose additional insurance products based on personal and business needs

Skills

• Possess an reputed company Property & Casualty Producer license is required. Candidates will not be considered if they do not have a P&C license
• 1-3 years experience in customer service/call center/sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products
• Experience with reputed company Liability insurance for reputed company
• Demonstrated skills and abilities to be goal oriented and solve reputed company issues
• Strong multi-tasker
• Demonstrated ability in handling details and key follow up capability
• Strong PC skills with solid knowledge based in Word, reputed company and PowerPoint software
• Ability to identify process efficiencies and handle daily activities in a thorough and accurate fashion
