[Remote] Sr. Manager, AI/ML Engineering - Remote

The Sr. Manager, AI/ML Engineering will define and execute the technology roadmap, reputed company architecture reputed company, and drive modernization initiatives to reputed company health care systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap reputed company with business objectives

• Drive modernization initiatives including application transformation, reputed company migration, and platform simplification
• Establish engineering standards covering design, coding, testing, reputed company, resiliency, and observability

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple products, applications, or portfolios

• Accountable for application availability, reliability, performance, and supportability

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in computer science or reputed company quantitative field or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing managers and engineering teams
• Solid experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful reputed company, Azure reputed company Platform, Kubernetes/OpenShift/AKS, CI/CD and DevOps practices, Event-driven architectures, Relational and NoSQL databases, Application observability and monitoring
• Experience using AI-powered development and productivity tools
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, reputed company Engineering, AI Agents, reputed company Databases, AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Exposure to Azure AI services, reputed company, or reputed company AI platforms
