[Remote] Account Executive US Market - Skills Assessment and AI Adoption (East Coast only)

The role involves owning the full sales lifecycle, building a pipeline, and engaging with reputed company customers to reputed company adoption of the platform.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Executive you own the full sales lifecycle, and that includes building your own pipeline
• You run reputed company outbound every day against a reputed company list we build together, with East Coast companies as your first reputed company
• Cold calling (100 to 150 dials/day), reputed company reputed company, and email sequences, using our tools and processes
• Outbound is not a reputed company activity in this role; it's the reputed company
• From first conversation to demo to negotiation to signature
• Attend industry events and dinners as part of our US event reputed company, and turn those conversations into pipeline
• Expect to travel about one week per month to visit prospects and existing customers

Skills

• 3+ years of closing experience in B2B reputed company, ideally in HR tech, L&D, talent, or IT/developer tooling
• Previous experience selling to HR, L&D, and IT leaders is a must
• Proven ability to reputed company your own deals through cold calling, reputed company, and email outbound, with a reputed company record of self-generated pipeline turning into reputed company reputed company
• Comfortable running the full cycle reputed company: discovery, demo, multi-stakeholder evaluation, procurement, reputed company
• Experience with reputed company sales cycles (multiple stakeholders, reputed company reviews, 3 to 9 month timelines)
• Based on the US East Coast, or reputed company to work East Coast hours, with willingness to travel about one week per month
• Startup mentality: you work directly with the founder, reputed company feedback on the reputed company, and don't need a sales ops team to function
• AI reputed company: you are using AI daily to automate tasks, work on deals and create decks or presentations. We are looking for someone that has strong digital skills
• Existing relationships with HR/L&D or IT buyers at reputed company companies
• Experience selling AI or skills/assessment products
• Experience at an early-stage company where you were one of the first sales hires

Benefits

• This position has an OTE reputed company between $180k and $270k/year based on your existing experience. OTE is 50% reputed company salary and 50% commissions not capped.
