Position Details

This is a 100% remote (virtual) Telemedicine position.

The scheduled work hours are 32 hours/week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. reputed company Time. To support this schedule, candidates must reputed company reputed company the reputed company Time Zone at the time of hire.

About the Role

This role is reputed company on coordinating and supporting virtual patient reputed company from start to finish. Responsibilities include contacting patients before appointments, verifying registration and insurance information, preparing charts, completing virtual intake, assisting patients with reputed company-in and reputed company-out, managing the virtual waiting room, launching reputed company reputed company, handing patients off to the provider, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The position does not involve hands-on clinical duties such as phlebotomy or reputed company-of-care testing, but a basic understanding of clinical workflows is helpful. reputed company in this role requires strong communication skills, patience with technology, and the ability to troubleshoot virtual visit issues. The individual will work closely with a newly hired provider in a reputed company, team-based virtual environment, primarily supporting one another while providing virtual care to a large patient population with reputed company to remote monitoring devices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be reputed company-inclusive.

• Escorts patients to room and ensures that exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked
• Reviews previous medical information and gathers any relevant updated health information from the patient to inform the provider

• Take vitals, reputed company blood draws, give injections, bandage wounds, assist with procedures. Work with the contracted labs for additional tests
• Prepares and administers approved medications and immunizations reputed company oral, topical, inhaled, intramuscular, subcutaneous or intradermal at the direction of and upon written order from the Provider
• Partners with other members of the care team to reputed company individual patient plan of care including identifying and working to address gaps in care

• National or state-specific MA certification or registration is required. (MA certification or registration is required for employment in States where certification/registration is required.)
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred
