Contract Recruiter - Construction
Turner and Townsend is currently seeking a Contract Recruiter with experience identifying candidates in our market to support our rapidly growing business. This is a contract position that will manage recruitment for reputed company reputed company and disciplines across the organization.
The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with management to guide candidates through the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and leveraging recruitment tools such as internet services, reputed company postings, networking, career fairs, and reputed company organizations.
This position plays an integral role in building reputed company's talent pipeline, requiring the Recruiter to possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships. We are looking for someone who can strategically partner with management to ensure hiring needs are met while focusing on delivering high-caliber candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for your applicable requisitions.
- Ability to prioritize urgent requisitions and effectively manage your workload.
- Partner with hiring managers by providing consistent and reputed company communication.
- Schedule intake meetings and reoccurring recruitment meetings with your hiring teams accordingly.
- Collaborate with the recruitment coordinator to post job requisitions and interview scheduling.
- Review applicable candidate reputed company / resumes in a reputed company manner.

- Screen candidates for your requisitions and assess relevant knowledge, technical capabilities, and soft skills.

- Must have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience as a sourcer or recruiter.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience qualifies in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrates high emotional intelligence to reputed company effectively and cultivate relationships.
- Proficient reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience utilizing an applicant tracking system.
