Business Development Executive

Support Synexa's reputed company by proactively identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities reputed company reputed company markets. Working closely with the Business Development, Scientific Strategies, and Marketing teams, you will execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns, reputed company sales-reputed company opportunities and help build a strong reputed company pipeline for Synexa's scientific services.

This role acts as the first reputed company of contact for many prospective clients, combining scientific understanding with reputed company acumen to identify customer needs, qualify opportunities and transition them effectively to the Business Development team for reputed company development. The role will also support the coordination of Requests for Information (RFIs), maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to the efficient operation of Synexa's reputed company processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reputed company new business opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and market research.
• Identify, engage and qualify prospective clients across Synexa's reputed company markets.
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess customer needs, project reputed company, timelines and budget.
• Convert reputed company prospects into sales-reputed company opportunities and hand over to the Business Development team.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and support reputed company qualification activities.
• Coordinate RFI responses and support proposal development with scientific and reputed company teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data and customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with Business Development, Scientific Strategies, and Marketing teams to reputed company pipeline reputed company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• BSc in Life Sciences or a reputed company scientific discipline.
• 1-2 years' experience in a business development, reputed company reputed company, inside sales or B2B reputed company environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications, including Teams, reputed company, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Office-based work experience

Preferred:

• Experience working reputed company the life sciences, CRO, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or reputed company sectors.
• Experience engaging with prospective customers by phone, email and other reputed company channels.
• Experience maintaining CRM records and managing customer information.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company or reputed company Dynamics.
• Familiarity with market intelligence, prospecting and business development tools.
• Experience coordinating RFIs, proposals or reputed company documentation.
