Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's degree Minimum Work Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR Business partner relations roles. Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a corporate setting. Proven experience in conflict reputed company, mediation, and negotiation. Desirable experience working in a global or multinational company.
