A premier Southern California civil litigation boutique is seeking an autonomous Senior Counsel or Partner with 10+ years of high-level litigation experience. This is a true plug-and-play role designed for an reputed company who can independently run reputed company cases from inception through trial. Our core reputed company handles a sophisticated mix of reputed company estate, construction, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Key Details & Requirements:
• Experience: 10+ years of civil litigation experience in reputed company estate, construction, or landlord-tenant reputed company, with a strong preference for habitability or general insurance defense backgrounds.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to take a file and run with it independently, including heavy discovery, depositions, master-level reputed company reputed company, and first-chair courtroom experience.
• Geography & Remote Flexibility: The position can be fully remote, but the candidate must reputed company and be licensed in California (with a preference for those local to the Greater Los Angeles area or San Diego for in-office/hybrid setups).
