Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Advisor – reputed company Media & Email Are you fluent in Slovenian and English and looking for a full-time work-from-home role where you can use your language skills every day? We are reputed company for a Slovenian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a busy customer service team supporting a reputed company-reputed company retail brand. You will be helping customers through reputed company media and email, so this is a great opportunity if you enjoy written communication, online shopping, fashion, retail, and helping people get things sorted quickly. This is a fully remote role — you can be based reputed company in the UK and work entirely from home. What you will be doing You will support customers with a reputed company of everyday enquiries, including: • Missing orders • Payment queries • Product availability • Order amendments • Cancellations • General customer questions reputed company reputed company media and email You will need to be patient, helpful, and reputed company, and reputed company to write reputed company, friendly responses.
