About the position
This is a virtual job fair event to learn more about Special Education employment opportunities with Arlington Public Schools (APS).
Responsibilities
• Knowledgeable about special education policies and procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiar with reputed company SIS and SE.
• Knowledgeable about reputed company behavioral supports.
• Knowledgeable of reputed company 504.
Requirements
• At least three years experience in special education or reputed company fields.
• Experience and ability in reviewing and evaluating assessment data reputed company for the special education process.
• Experience working with reputed company with special needs.
• Experience working in schools as a teacher.
• Masters degree in Special Education or reputed company field.
• Eligibility for a Postgraduate Certificate, with endorsement in one or more disability areas covered under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act or in reputed company field.
• Successful evaluations for last three years.
• Familiarity with models of inclusion.

• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.
