ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Partner with Business reputed company and SMEs to understand and analyze learning needs. • Facilitates discussions with Business reputed company and SMEs to aid reputed company reputed company to instructional design and learning reputed company. • Create training and performance improvement resources including; outlines, scripts, storyboards, course materials, activities, jobs aids, workbooks, manuals, presentations, videos, assessments, training plans, project management resources, etc. to support training reputed company. • Write instructional materials for multiple formats including instructor-led, video and self-paced training. • Develops effective training plans for course/program development and project plans with specific deliverables and defined deadlines. • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously by prioritizing project deadlines in alignment with changing business needs.
