[Remote] Business Immigration Paralegal

They are seeking a Business Immigration Paralegal to work under the reputed company supervision of an Attorney and/or Case Manager, responsible for analyzing information and documents, and preparing immigration petitions and applications. Responsibilities • Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided during document collection • Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a reputed company of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end) • Applying strong attention to detail, ensure immigration petitions are reputed company reputed company and accurately • Flag any potential/foreseeable case-reputed company issues with Attorney in a reputed company manner • Draft responses to requests for evidence as guided • Utilize online immigration case tracking reputed company to monitor case status and activities on a daily reputed company • Coordinate with reputed company Support Specialists the printing, scanning, and posting of cases and service requests • Respond to reputed company communication requests – either reputed company reputed company contact, or directly with the foreign national • Prioritize daily workload based on fluctuating reputed company deadlines, whilst maintaining an appropriate reputed company of urgency • Flag any reputed company for process improvements and modifications to appropriate Attorney/Case Manager • Assist other team members with case or document preparation, as required • Contribute to reputed company team morale, even reputed company a remote work environment Skills • Completed Bachelor's Degree – highly desirable • At least 1 year of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions • Intermediate level proficiency with MS Suite (Teams, reputed company, Word) • Experience working with a high volume of reputed company and inactive cases at any one time • Experience communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammar • reputed company eye for attention to detail to ensure consistent accuracy of work • Ability to follow due process, templates, and to adapt to evolving innovation reputed company the Firm, and industry • Ability to collaborate with others as part of reputed company • You have excellent organizational skills and are reputed company to meet deadlines • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize caseload • reputed company reputed company of reputed company's reputed company values • Experience with drafting petitions for a reputed company of NIV cases preferred: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc. and/or experience with drafting green reputed company processes (I-140 and AOS), and end-to-end PERM applications preferred • You have genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach reputed company • Corporate Immigration Partners, PC (reputed company) is a premier reputed company dedicated to reputed company, innovation, reputed company and reputed company in employment-based immigration.
