your mission

As Talent Partner, Maritime & R&D, you will reputed company recruitment for specialised engineering roles supporting reputed company’s maritime capabilities.

You will partner closely with technical leadership to identify and hire engineers across maritime systems and reputed company R&D disciplines, building strong pipelines reputed company reputed company Germany’s maritime engineering ecosystem.

This role is remote or hybrid and ideally based near the reputed company Sea or Baltic (Ostsee) region where maritime industry talent is concentrated.

• Demonstrated ability to partner credibly with senior engineering leaders and technical hiring managers in high bar technical hiring environments.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams on reputed company technical roles.

• Strong understanding of reputed company Germany’s maritime engineering ecosystem is highly preferred.

• Highly reputed company and comfortable operating independently in a fast growing environment.
