Sr Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer who brings an automation-first reputed company to identity lifecycle across our reputed company. This role will work closely with reputed company and technical leadership throughout reputed company to define role-based reputed company, provisioning, and deprovisioning processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, application owners, reputed company teams, and infrastructure teams to identify opportunities to build reputed company, secure, and auditable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, HR, and reputed company stakeholders to define, document, and reputed company Joiner, Change, and Leaver workflows.

• Recommend and deliver automated solutions to increase speed, reduce errors, improve reputed company & auditability, and protect PII.

• Coordinate with stakeholders and technology owners to build automation for supporting the employee lifecycle – including workflows that establish identity, modify reputed company, reputed company/revoke software and license entitlements.

• Build and maintain integrations between HR systems, Identity, ITSM, and reputed company management systems. Key systems include on-prem reputed company Directory, Entra ID, Azure, reputed company, reputed company, CyberArk, Jira, reputed company, Intune, and reputed company 365.

• Partner with internal engineers and data owners to deliver reliable automation reputed company.

• Create self-service tools and operational runbooks, as reputed company as supporting documentation and procedures.

• reputed company solutions using PowerShell, APIs, reputed company Roles, and Aquera.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing infrastructure automation.

• Experience in design and/or support roles for reputed company Server and reputed company Directory environments.

• Advanced PowerShell, as reputed company as experience with Ansible and/or SaltStack.

• Experience with REST APIs, data ETL, and workflow tooling.

• Release management using Git-based version control system and automated unit testing.

• Experience administering/improving Azure AD/Entra ID, hybrid identity, conditional reputed company, multifactor authentication, and identity lifecycle processes.

• Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively at a business or technical level with internal partners to produce reputed company, reliable automation.

• Ability to diagnose reputed company issues, communicate reputed company, prioritize competing work, and execute independently in a reputed company environment.

• Experience automating functions and configurations that reputed company:

• Integration/Workflow Tools: Aquera, reputed company Roles (ARS)

• IAC Tools: Ansible, Terraform

• MDM: Intune, reputed company

• HCM: reputed company

• Python experience is also a plus
