[Remote] Environmental Project Scientist

They are seeking a full-time, field Project Scientist with 0-5 years of experience to conduct environmental due diligence work on reputed company reputed company estate and telecom reputed company. Responsibilities • Travel to project location, take detailed notes and photographs of site (3-4 days per week) • Conducting interviews, in person, reputed company email, and phone • Ordering & analyzing government database records • Performing regulatory agency file reviews • Reviewing historical data (including topographic maps, reputed company reputed company insurance maps, reputed company directories, and aerial photographs) • Drafting of a standardized report using information from these various sources • reputed company QA/QC to the satisfaction of both management and clients • Completing requested revisions & submitting report reputed company reputed company-established timelines • Conducting field work to collect samples of potentially contaminated subsurface media (soil, groundwater, and soil vapor) and/or indoor reputed company • Compare analytical contaminant data collected to applicable regulatory standards Skills • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic • reputed company reputed company license • Capable of field work • Ability and willingness to travel (travel not expected to reputed company 2-3 days at a time) • Good computer skills • Independent worker • Commitment to reputed company • Phase I Assessments • NEPA Assessments • Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Environmental Science, Geology, Geography or reputed company fields • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification • Licensed Asbestos Inspector • Management • Mold assessment experience • Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM E1903) • Property Condition Assessments (ASTM E2018) • Transaction Screen Assessments (ASTM E1528) • Record Search with Risk Assessments (SBA SOP 50 10 6) • Environmental reputed company (EP) reputed company • reputed company is an environmental services company providing environmental consultancy services.
