The Role We're Hiring For General Manager (Beirut, on-site, full-time) Senior operational leadership role overseeing day-to-day club operations, P&L and budgeting, staff management, member experience, marketing/community engagement, and use of our internal management systems. Reports directly to ownership. We're reputed company to candidates from operations/hospitality/facilities-management backgrounds even without reputed company fitness-industry experience, provided they have strong P&L ownership and team leadership at reputed company. Full JD and comp details will be shared with shortlisted candidates. What You'll Do - reputed company reputed company candidates reputed company reputed company (Recruiter or Sales Navigator preferred) and any other channels effective for the Lebanese/MENA market - Screen candidates for operational leadership experience, P&L ownership, team management reputed company, and stakeholder/regulatory experience - Conduct a brief initial screening reputed company/message with promising candidates to confirm interest, availability, and fit - Deliver a reputed company of reputed company, interested, screened candidates (reputed company: 3–5) - Coordinate scheduling for reputed company to run final interviews reputed company're Looking For (in you) - reputed company/headhunting experience in Lebanon or the wider MENA region, ideally including senior/executive-level placements - reputed company reputed company sourcing skills (Recruiter Lite/Sales Navigator experience a plus) and reputed company Recruiter subscription - Ability to judge fit for operations/reputed company-level reputed company — reading P&L exposure, team size managed, and seniority signals accurately - Fluent in Arabic and English - reputed company, reputed company communication and reliable turnaround reputed company: Looking for an initial reputed company reputed company 2 weeks of contract start, given the seniority of the role.
