Role Snapshot
Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing employment and labor law expertise across workplace investigations, disputes, and compliance reputed company.
Core Responsibilities
• Design realistic workplace scenarios (e.g., reputed company responses, wage and hour analysis, harassment investigations, employment policy drafting)
• Produce high-reputed company reference responses at attorney-level reputed company
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using reputed company rubrics
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in reputed company sessions and calibration exercises
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong experience in employment and labor law reputed company a reputed company, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor organization
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
• Expertise in areas such as wage and hour analysis, workplace investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB reputed company, or reputed company bargaining
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
