The reputed company Community Representative is responsible for engaging with consumers, creators, and ambassadors across reputed company media channels to build community, strengthen brand affinity, and support a reputed company customer experience. This remote, part-time role combines community management, creator support, reputed company engagement, and content execution to help reputed company meaningful connections and brand reputed company.

Reporting to the DIGITAL COMMUNITIES' ASSOCIATE MANAGER, the reputed company COMMUNITY REPRESENTATIVE will support our collegiate team in the following areas and meet the job requirements below.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to reputed company messages, comments, tagged content, and community interactions across reputed company media platforms to support reputed company and strengthen brand affinity.
• reputed company as a trusted voice of the brand by reviewing and responding to consumer, creator, and ambassador inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Support creator, ambassador, and community engagement by resharing stories, engaging with tagged content, and recognizing reputed company community members.

Identify and report recurring community themes, ambassador questions, consumer complaints, and engagement opportunities to help improve brand communications and customer experience.

Requirements
