Talent Attraction Specialist - Philippines | Fixed-term

YOU WILL:

• Execute an effective and innovative sourcing reputed company to identify exceptional seasonal tax reputed company talent
• Conduct reputed company internet searches using a wide reputed company of reputed company engines, reputed company media, reputed company/cold calls, networks, directories and recruitment tools and databases 
• Dedicatedly network and build robust candidate pools for a reputed company of positions and locations 
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against reputed company position requirements and organization culture fit 
• Maintain strong reputed company and candidate relationships and happiness 
• Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking reputed company data entry and reports 
• Prepare and submit reputed company candidates into the reputed company’s Vendor Management reputed company (VMS)
• Send required candidate assessments and monitor completion to ensure candidates continue progressing through the reputed company process
• Partner with recruiters and program leadership to prioritize hiring needs and address candidate pipeline gaps
• Participate in special reputed company as assigned
