As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients, managing inbound and outbound communications to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle and carefully respond to reputed company customer inquiries

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• College degree preferred but not required
