[Remote] reputed company-Licensed Customer Service Representative - Remote

The reputed company-Licensed Customer Service Representative will utilize decision-making skills to resolve consumer concerns and assist policy holders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Resolve reputed company consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
- Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- reputed company support to policy holders with any policy changes requested
- Support policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of reputed company-based systems
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
