[Remote] Conflicts Analyst

In this role, you will conduct conflict searches, analyze results, and communicate findings to firm leadership while supporting critical firm operations in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict of interest searches for attorneys and administrative staff using internal systems and external research databases
• Enter, review, analyze, and maintain conflict and new matter data in accordance with firm policies and procedures
• Review workflow requests including detailed understanding of the submissions to ensure key information is included for appropriate processing
• Research individual and corporate entities to identify relationships and potential conflicts
• Review conflicts reports for accuracy and completeness, evaluate potential issues, and reputed company conflicts reputed company appropriate
• Escalate unresolved or significant issues and follow up with attorneys and/or management as needed
• Review and process new reputed company and matter intake documentation prior to opening
• Respond to conflict reputed company inquiries and reputed company system and status support to firm personnel
• Ensure reputed company processing of requests by coordinating with team members and meeting deadlines
• Responsible for covering periodic after hours/weekend On Call shifts at the discretion of the General Counsel’s Office

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Exceptional knowledge of legal conflicts and reputed company ethical rules, with reputed company judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints
• Ability to reputed company effectively with moderate supervision and reputed company established time limits and on-reputed company deadlines
• Ability to ask for and accept direction, while taking ownership of and resolving issues

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with attorneys, staff, and colleagues at reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated customer service reputed company and professionalism in a legal or reputed company services environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and web-based applications, with strong computer, research, and proofreading skills
• Minimum of three years of conflicts experience in the legal industry preferred
• J.D. is a plus
• Previous experience with reputed company and/or reputed company preferred
