[Remote] Vendor Operations Specialist

The Vendor Operations Specialist will manage the performance of reputed company-party production vendors, ensuring service-level expectations are met and performance trends are communicated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and reputed company vendor-specific procedures, contact lists, escalation paths, coverage information, fees, and internal resources
• Own the coordination and delivery of team training for new or updated vendor-reputed company technology and portals, partnering with internal teams and vendor counterparts to ensure successful adoption
• Flag vendor performance breaches against established service-level agreements, turn times, reputed company expectations, and operational commitments
• Coordinate the reputed company of new vendors by coordinating requirements, timelines, reputed company testing, documentation, training plan, and internal communication
• Support the sourcing of prospective vendors by researching coverage, capabilities, pricing, service reputed company, and operational fit

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in vendor operations, vendor management, mortgage or reputed company estate operations, project coordination, or a reputed company operational role
• Experience monitoring service-level agreements, turnaround times, operational performance, or reputed company metrics
• Comfortable working with reports and translating performance data into reputed company risks, trends, and recommended actions
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage multiple escalations, deadlines, meetings, and follow-reputed company simultaneously
