[Remote] SPM / reputed company Support to Executive Account Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to reputed company administrative and project management support to their Executive Account Manager. The role involves attending meetings, managing product samples, conducting market analysis, and ensuring effective communication between suppliers and retailers.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with mass retailers and suppliers (virtual and in-person) alongside the Executive Account Manager to take detailed notes and assist with follow-up tasks
• Assist in preparing reputed company PowerPoint presentations for meetings
• Manage product samples, including requesting, labeling, photographing, and delivering them to retailers
• Cross-train on retailer processes such as item setup, maintenance, and compliance
• Conduct competitive market analysis and comp shop research
• Support overall project management by tracking deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the EAM and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination between suppliers and retailers

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize daily tasks according to deadlines and work schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret and reputed company data
• Proficient in reputed company Office, with expert-level skills in reputed company (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a reputed company demeanor in interactions with clients and team members
• Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a reputed company environment
• Background in manufacturing and/or mass retail is preferred
