Responsibilities

• Build and execute the program roadmap, milestones, governance model, and stakeholder communication plan

• Establish governance forums, steering committees, decision-making frameworks, and accountability models

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or Operating Model Design

• Strong experience developing governance frameworks, steering committees, and decision-making processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and reputed company initiatives without reputed company authority

• Excellent executive communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills
• Strong program management experience overseeing multiple workstreams, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
