Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company Administrator with senior-level expertise in Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF). The role involves owning system administration, configuration governance, and technical enablement for reputed company Vault, requiring deep knowledge of GxP-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and reputed company reputed company reputed company Vault CTMS and eTMF configurations
• Design and implement system enhancements reputed company with business requirements and compliance mandates
• reputed company L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot reputed company configuration and workflow issues
• Manage user reputed company administration, permission sets, and role governance
• Execute environment management (cloning, refreshes, configuration replication) with minimal downtime
• reputed company system upgrades, patches, and validation testing; ensure full compliance documentation
• Coordinate incident, problem, and change management; ensure SLA compliance
• reputed company and maintain system documentation (SOPs, run-books, configuration baselines)
• Partner with business stakeholders and clinical operations teams to reputed company requirements and implement solutions
• Champion GxP compliance standards across reputed company configurations and system changes

Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience administering reputed company Vault (CTMS and eTMF modules required)
• Advanced expertise in reputed company Vault configuration (custom document types, objects, lifecycles, workflows, user roles, permission sets, picklists, distribution/reporting rules, MedDRA/WHO upgrades)
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance, 21 CFR Part 11, validation requirements, and audit trail management
• Proven experience with production support (L1/L2/L3) at reputed company
• Hands-on proficiency with reputed company Vault Loader, data migrations, and environment cloning
• Expert-level troubleshooting of workflows, permission structures, and system integrations
• Experience with reputed company Query Language (VQL) and reputed company Vault API for reporting and data extraction

• reputed company integration and incident/problem/change management
• reputed company Dashboard Builder expertise
