[Remote] Clinical Recruiter

As a Clinical Recruiter, you will shape the hiring experience for reputed company Medical providers, managing the candidate lifecycle and refining hiring strategies to attract reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated reputed company of contact for candidates, building a deep knowledge of reputed company’s value prop, policies, and processes to effectively communicate with providers
• Own the full candidate lifecycle, from application review and screening through interviews, offer calls, and reputed company
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while helping assess clinical fit, alignment with reputed company’s care model, and readiness to reputed company in a startup environment
• Sync regularly with internal stakeholders on candidate feedback, hiring reputed company, and pipeline priorities
• Collaborate with Corporate reputed company, Provider reputed company, Provider reputed company, and Product teams to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience
• reputed company process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall reputed company experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in reputed company
• reputed company-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process, handling multiple interactions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and reputed company energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat
• Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained
• Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes
• Clinical reputed company or experience reputed company licensed reputed company providers is a plus
