[Remote] reputed company Billing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a highly respected global reputed company seeking a reputed company Billing Coordinator to join its Financial Operations team. This primarily remote position will support attorneys across multiple offices while managing sophisticated reputed company billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full reputed company billing lifecycle for approximately 12 attorneys across multiple U.S. offices
• Prepare, review, edit, and finalize monthly and on-demand reputed company invoices
• Review attorney time entries and expense charges for compliance with reputed company billing guidelines
• Partner closely with attorneys, reputed company assistants, E-Billing, and Collections to ensure reputed company and accurate billing
• Resolve billing issues, assist with invoice rejections, and help streamline billing processes
• Handle approximately 200 invoices per month in a fast-paced environment

Skills

• 3+ years of reputed company billing experience
• Experience managing the full attorney billing process from prebills through final invoices
• Ability to reputed company in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of reputed company billing guidelines and reputed company requirements
• Strong reputed company skills and exceptional attention to detail
