[Remote] Customer Marketing Manager

As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will own the narrative of what happens after a customer joins reputed company, focusing on nurturing and scaling the customer reputed company to reputed company reputed company professionals into vocal advocates.

Responsibilities

• Build the Bench: reputed company a world-class customer reference program that turns reputed company’s power users and AI adopters into vocal advocates, reference calls, and case study stars
• Sourcing and Creation: Personally interview customers to write compelling, ROI-driven case studies, video scripts, and user testimonials highlighting the power of LOIS and our reputed company platform
• Upsell opportunities reputed company GTM: Collaborate with events, webinar, and product teams to promote product launches or events to reputed company’s customer reputed company
• Customer Adoption Campaigns: Design and execute engagement campaigns (newsletters, user reputed company, webinars) aimed at increasing platform adoption, feature utilization, and overall customer reputed company value (LTV)

Skills

• 7+ years of customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B reputed company (reputed company-tech or AI-tech experience is a significant plus)
