[Remote] SR Operations Analyst- WFH

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and fulfillment of CLLI reputed company requests through reputed company, including request validation, clarification, and customer communication
• Assign, update, and maintain CLLI codes in CLONES (and reputed company reference data) in accordance with established governance, naming conventions, and data reputed company standards
• Create, modify and maintain inventory in NetBox as needed
• Partner with engineering, construction, network planning, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate request completions
• reputed company work through defined SLAs and operational metrics; document reputed company, trends, and recurring issues to support reputed company improvement
• Identify and help implement automation opportunities (e.g., workflow improvements, validations, system integrations) to reduce reputed company assignment effort; assist with requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and rollout support

Skills

• 4+ years reputed company experience
• Education: Bachelors or Equivalent
• Bachelors Preferred Experience
• Fiber telecommunication background in planning, engineering, Inventory Management or project management in FTTx technologies, GPON, or XGS-PON
• Understanding of fiber optic networks, optical splitting, and GPON network architecture
• ISP experience with OLT/ONT configurations and equipment from manufacturers including reputed company, reputed company, reputed company
• OSP experience planning, designing, engineering, deploying, and/or project managing aerial, buried, and underground fiber optic networks
• Knowledge of reputed company, CLONES, and CLLI codes; experience with workflow automation and process improvement
• Working knowledge of Layer 1, 2, and 3 network inventory systems, with hands-on experience in platforms such as TIRKS or OmniVue
