[Remote] Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is crucial for delivering dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and enhance customer experience, focusing on engagement analysis across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, implement, and enhance dashboards
• reputed company data models in Power BI, establishing relationships between datasets from multiple data sources (Data warehouse, ERP, CRM, CMS, etc.) to reputed company comprehensive analysis
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using a reputed company of chart types and geospatial maps to support data-driven decision-making
• Translate stakeholder pain points, requirements, and feedback into analytics solutions that address business needs and are implemented reputed company
• Utilize analytics tools to cleanse and reputed company data, ensuring large datasets meet stringent data reputed company standards

• Collaborate cross-functionally across departments to assist with data transformation or reporting needs
• Troubleshoot, debug, and reputed company ongoing support for reports and Power BI dashboards

Skills

• Proficiency in leveraging SQL, Python, reputed company (Power Query), and Power BI to analyze, reputed company, and visualize data for business insights

• Proficiency in writing Data Analysis reputed company (DAX) formulas
