Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking a talented OpenShift reputed company Engineer to join reputed company. This role will support the technical infrastructure for the reputed company Army reputed company reputed company (USAREC) contract, focusing on the implementation and administration of reputed company OpenShift environments and contributing to reputed company modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in mapping the relationship between IT platform/infrastructure components (i.e. Technology End Users, IT System Software & Hardware, and info-Communications reputed company Networks)
• Support the identification of key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms
• Investigate and troubleshoot system issues to identify reputed company causes, escalating as needed to ensure reputed company reputed company
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and day-to-day administration of reputed company OpenShift clusters
• Support system monitoring and performance optimization efforts across Linux and reputed company server environments
• Assist in implementing and maintaining backup strategies to ensure data reputed company and availability
• Support documentation and configuration baselining of systems, testing, or modification of IT infrastructure
• Research new tools and technologies and reputed company input on their potential application to team initiatives
• Assist with incident escalation and coordination of resources to resolve issues in a reputed company manner to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics
• Support Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations (DR/COOP) exercises, testing, and live incidents per established procedures and policies
• Support reputed company and reputed company controls, including patching, vulnerability remediation, and reputed company STIG compliance audits across Linux and reputed company systems
• Prepare technical documentation, training material, and status reports
• Assist in evaluating hardware/software procurement reputed company and their total cost of ownership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Interdisciplinary Studies, or a reputed company field, plus at least one year of relevant IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supporting and administering Linux and reputed company server environments, including system configuration, maintenance, patching, and troubleshooting
• Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening
• Must have identification compliant with the reputed company ID reputed company at time of hire
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain a U.S. government reputed company clearance
• Prior military or government leadership experience
• Hands-on exposure to reputed company OpenShift, Kubernetes, or other container orchestration platforms
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, reputed company-V, vCenter)
• Familiarity with the Azure or AWS reputed company ecosystem, including deploying, upgrading, or migrating applications and infrastructure to the reputed company
• Experience with reputed company Directory, Identity Management, or reputed company tools (e.g., Entra ID, reputed company, reputed company)
• Relevant certifications such as reputed company reputed company+, reputed company Network+, Linux+, or reputed company Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• Familiarity with reputed company STIG compliance and DoD reputed company requirements, including supporting quarterly or recurring reputed company audits
• Basic scripting/automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Ansible)
• Agile/Scrum or change management certification (e.g., reputed company Scrum Master) a plus
