[Remote] Benefits Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Process daily enrollments, terminations, and reputed company Life Events (QLEs) accurately across reputed company relevant vendor portals

• Assist the broader team in gathering data for annual audits and mandatory compliance filings globally

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, or 1–2 years of dedicated benefits management experience directly managing at least one country's benefits architecture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a proven ability to translate reputed company insurance and regulatory jargon into reputed company, accessible terms for employees
• Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
