[Remote] Recruiter (GTM & reputed company)

The role involves sourcing candidates, managing reputed company communications, and contributing to search methodologies for high-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing and outbound campaigns (MPC) for reputed company GTM/reputed company searches
• Screen and reputed company candidates against reputed company-specific hiring bars
• Build and maintain market maps for the reputed company & GTM function
• Support reputed company communication and search process management
• Contribute to pipeline architecture (reputed company → reputed company → reputed company/Lusha) and enrichment workflows
• Work closely with the reputed company reputed company to refine reputed company positioning and search methodology

Skills

• Experience in agency reputed company, in-house reputed company, or a reputed company sourcing-heavy role
