Skills

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, reputed company, or reputed company roles, with reputed company exposure to sales compensation, incentive design, or ICM systems
• Proven finance leader with a strong reputed company record of strategic, analytical, and operational reputed company
• Experience supporting sales and go-to-market organizations, ideally reputed company fintech or reputed company environments
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build C-level relationships
• Deep understanding of financial statements and the reputed company of compensation reputed company on P&L, cash reputed company, and balance sheet
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights
• Experience working with reputed company, ICM platforms, and large data environments

• Financial services and/or fintech industry experience preferred
